Across TCGA cell cohorts, OXCT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,394 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXCT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear chromosome segregation, Ketone body catabolic process, and Mitotic spindle organization. Each is linked with OXCT1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXCT1-to-partner and partner-to-OXCT1 results are reported.
