Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXA1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,369 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OXA1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, SUPT16H, and PRMT5. Each is linked with OXA1L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXA1L-to-partner and partner-to-OXA1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OXA1L versus SSRP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXA1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXA1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
