Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXA1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,946 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OXA1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPA12B, FBLN5, and NLRP1. Each is linked with OXA1L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXA1L-to-partner and partner-to-OXA1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OXA1L versus HSPA12B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXA1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXA1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
