Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OVOL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,807 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OVOL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USF2, VSIG10, and CYP2A7. Each is linked with OVOL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OVOL2-to-partner and partner-to-OVOL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OVOL2 versus USF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OVOL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OVOL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
