Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,203 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO5, MVP, and TOP2A_S1247. Each is linked with OTX1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTX1-to-partner and partner-to-OTX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTX1 versus XPO5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
