OTX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,348 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3612, SOD1P1, and SNORD91B. Each is linked with OTX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTX1-to-partner and partner-to-OTX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3612 grouped by OTX1-low versus OTX1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
