OTULINL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTULINL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 835 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTULINL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP26, HNRNPCP1, and MYL12BP1. Each is linked with OTULINL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTULINL-to-partner and partner-to-OTULINL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP26 grouped by OTULINL-low versus OTULINL-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTULINL→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTULINL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
