Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTULIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,425 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTULIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSUN2, TARS1, and TRIP13. Each is linked with OTULIN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTULIN-to-partner and partner-to-OTULIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTULIN versus NSUN2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
