Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTUD6B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,476 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTUD6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR2K, MTERF3, and DCAF13. Each is linked with OTUD6B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD6B-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTUD6B versus POLR2K in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTUD6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTUD6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
