Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTUD6B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,463 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTUD6B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA-directed DNA polymerase activity, Protein localization to chromosome, and Positive regulation of sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with OTUD6B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD6B-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD6B results are reported.
