Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OTUD6A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OTUD6A data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher OTUD6A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OTUD6A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and UCEC are the cancer types where OTUD6A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
