Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OTUD4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OTUD4 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher OTUD4 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OTUD4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and UCEC show a favorable association.

LSCC, PDAC, and GBM are the cancer types where OTUD4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
