Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTUD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,900 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTUD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNLY, DDX60, and IL15. Each is linked with OTUD4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD4-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTUD4 versus GNLY in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTUD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTUD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
