Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTUD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,519 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTUD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA alkylation repair, Positive regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and Anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with OTUD4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD4-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD4 results are reported.
