Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTUD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 314 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTUD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ODF4, KRTAP9-9, and OR6V1. Each is linked with OTUD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD4-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD4 results are reported.
