Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OTUD3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OTUD3 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher OTUD3 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OTUD3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LUAD show a favorable association.
CCRCC, LUAD, and LSCC are the cancer types where OTUD3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
