Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTUD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,299 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTUD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFR, LRRC47, and RCC2. Each is linked with OTUD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD3-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTUD3 versus ZFR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
