OTUD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTUD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,893 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTUD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL17, SAA2, and ICAM1. Each is linked with OTUD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD3-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTUD3 versus KLHL17 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTUD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTUD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
