OTUD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTUD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTUD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, c-Met_pY1235, and MEK1. Each is linked with OTUD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD3-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by OTUD3-low versus OTUD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTUD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTUD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
