OTUB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTUB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,417 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTUB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPNT2P, MIR1266, and MTATP6P21. Each is linked with OTUB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUB2-to-partner and partner-to-OTUB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPNT2P grouped by OTUB2-low versus OTUB2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTUB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTUB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
