OTOP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTOP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIG-6, PDCD4, and MSH2. Each is linked with OTOP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOP3-to-partner and partner-to-OTOP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIG-6 grouped by OTOP3-low versus OTOP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTOP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTOP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
