OTOP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTOP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OCM2, OR14C36, and CCDC60. Each is linked with OTOP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOP3-to-partner and partner-to-OTOP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OCM2 grouped by OTOP3-low versus OTOP3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTOP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTOP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
