Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTOP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,054 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTOP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL34P19, CCL5, and FAM177A1. Each is linked with OTOP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOP1-to-partner and partner-to-OTOP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL34P19 grouped by OTOP1-low versus OTOP1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTOP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTOP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
