Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTOP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with OTOP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOP1-to-partner and partner-to-OTOP1 results are reported.
