Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTOP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGSF22, NALCN, and ADAM15. Each is linked with OTOP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOP1-to-partner and partner-to-OTOP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGSF22 grouped by OTOP1-low versus OTOP1-high in URINARY_TRACT.
