Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTOL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,476 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTOL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein serine/threonine kinase activity, Phospholipid biosynthetic process, and Establishment of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with OTOL1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOL1-to-partner and partner-to-OTOL1 results are reported.
