OTOL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTOL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,659 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD4, SARS1, and RN7SKP265. Each is linked with OTOL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOL1-to-partner and partner-to-OTOL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD4 grouped by OTOL1-low versus OTOL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTOL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTOL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
