OTOL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTOL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT36, IFNA21, and GABRA6. Each is linked with OTOL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOL1-to-partner and partner-to-OTOL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT36 grouped by OTOL1-low versus OTOL1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTOL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTOL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
