Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTOG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,994 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of cell number, Protein localization to chromosome, telomeric region, and Mitochondrial transport. Each is linked with OTOG in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOG-to-partner and partner-to-OTOG results are reported.
