Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTOG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,262 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTOG-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNL1, REXO2, and RPL32P32. Each is linked with OTOG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOG-to-partner and partner-to-OTOG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTOG→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTOG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
