Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTOG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,525 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA stabilization, Equilibrioception, and Negative regulation of MyD88-dependent toll-like receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with OTOG in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOG-to-partner and partner-to-OTOG results are reported.
