Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTOF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,107 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RIG-I signaling pathway, Regulation of cell shape, and Regulation of leukocyte proliferation. Each is linked with OTOF in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOF-to-partner and partner-to-OTOF results are reported.
