Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTOF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,884 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTOF-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL1RN, SNRPA1, and RPRD1A. Each is linked with OTOF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOF-to-partner and partner-to-OTOF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTOF versus IL1RN in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTOF→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTOF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
