OTOF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTOF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,683 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOF-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNW1, MRPS15, and PARP2. Each is linked with OTOF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOF-to-partner and partner-to-OTOF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNW1 grouped by OTOF-low versus OTOF-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTOF→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTOF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
