Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTOF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH11, Cyclin-B1, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with OTOF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOF-to-partner and partner-to-OTOF results are reported.
