OTOF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTOF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,201 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOF-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDHD1, NEK4, and NCOR1. Each is linked with OTOF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOF-to-partner and partner-to-OTOF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DDHD1 grouped by OTOF-low versus OTOF-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTOF→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTOF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
