OTOA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTOA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,309 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYCR1, SLIRP, and IQGAP2_S16. Each is linked with OTOA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOA-to-partner and partner-to-OTOA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTOA versus PYCR1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTOA→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTOA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
