Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTOA mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTOA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRT062607, TAF1_5496, and Quizartinib. Each is linked with OTOA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOA-to-partner and partner-to-OTOA results are reported.
