OTC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,025 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RGN, RPS2, and ANK2_S890. Each is linked with OTC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTC-to-partner and partner-to-OTC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTC versus RGN in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTC→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
