OSTM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSTM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 770 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSTM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL689P, MIR548D2, and MIR378E. Each is linked with OSTM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSTM1-to-partner and partner-to-OSTM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL689P grouped by OSTM1-low versus OSTM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
