OSTF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSTF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,096 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSTF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANXA1, TBC1D2, and ADNP. Each is linked with OSTF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSTF1-to-partner and partner-to-OSTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSTF1 versus ANXA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
