OST4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OST4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,462 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OST4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BIRC6, YWHAQ, and P4HA1. Each is linked with OST4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OST4-to-partner and partner-to-OST4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OST4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OST4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
