OSR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,589 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-83P, MED15P1, and L3MBTL4. Each is linked with OSR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSR2-to-partner and partner-to-OSR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-83P grouped by OSR2-low versus OSR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
