Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSMR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,034 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSMR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OSMR_S826, P4HA2, and NNMT. Each is linked with OSMR in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSMR-to-partner and partner-to-OSMR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSMR versus OSMR_S826 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSMR→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSMR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
