Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSMR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,381 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSMR-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDELR3, SLC2A1, and LAMB3. Each is linked with OSMR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSMR-to-partner and partner-to-OSMR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSMR versus KDELR3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSMR→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSMR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
