OSMR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSMR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,698 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSMR-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01909, RNY3, and CENPU. Each is linked with OSMR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSMR-to-partner and partner-to-OSMR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01909 grouped by OSMR-low versus OSMR-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSMR→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSMR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
