Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSMR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,434 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSMR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oncostatin-M-mediated signaling pathway, Positive regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, and Regulation of proteolysis. Each is linked with OSMR in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSMR-to-partner and partner-to-OSMR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Oncostatin-M-mediated signaling pathway grouped by OSMR-low versus OSMR-high in BONE.
