OSMR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSMR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 699 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSMR-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6V1, IFNL4, and DESI1. Each is linked with OSMR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSMR-to-partner and partner-to-OSMR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6V1 grouped by OSMR-low versus OSMR-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSMR→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSMR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
