OSGEP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSGEP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,097 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSGEP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, APEX1, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with OSGEP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSGEP-to-partner and partner-to-OSGEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSGEP versus SSRP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSGEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSGEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
