OSER1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 316 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-144P, PPP1R1AP2, and OR7E149P. Each is linked with OSER1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSER1-to-partner and partner-to-OSER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-144P grouped by OSER1-low versus OSER1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
